Gibson started her employment with Roger P. Gibson, Inc. in 1983 as the manager of the process service division. In 1989 after obtaining her private investigators license she was assigned to the skip trace unit where her proficiency in locating people excelled. Her communications skills with all strata of society, in both English and Spanish led her to additional duties of case intake work, interviewing new clients, debriefing of field investigators, report preparation, and taking over the duties of Chief Financial Officer. She was able to oversee a staff of process servers, investigators, personal security personnel and the support staff using her proficiency and experience involving investigations of all types. Her interaction with clients has led to a reputation of cutting to the chase and getting the job done.
